What is the return policy?
Orders are non refundable and are not able to be exchanged.
How long do orders take to ship?
Please allow up to 3 business days on any standard bag bought from one of our collection ranges. If it is a custom bag you would like, please allow up to 5 days for production and up to an additional 3 days for delivery. We will always try our best to get our bags to you as soon as.
Custom orders?
